SEOUL -- K-pop band BTS has dropped a teaser video hinting at the release of the group's annual collectible DVD package for 2019. The video clip uploaded onto YouTube Wednesday was watched more than one million times in less than 24 hours.
To commemorate and summarize yearly activities, the seven-member group releases its "Season's Greeting" set every year. The collectible set is a must-have-item for BTS fans as it includes DVD, diary, calendar with special concept photographs and other stationery items such as a pen and a photo frame.
BTS spent the most outstanding year in 2018, becoming the highest-ranked K-pop band on Billboard's weekly albums with "LOVE YOURSELF: Answer". The band's hit song and album were also certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in November. "MIC Drop", a collaborated song with famous DJ Steve Aoki, was certified Platinum.
